Templates and starting points

Accounting firm website templates, rebuilt around the firm before launch

Accounting firm website templates here are a starting point for layout and structure, not a finished site with the firm's name pasted over someone else's content.

Who it is for

Is this the right service for your firm?

Firms that want to see a starting point before committing, and firms that expected to buy a template but want it rebuilt around their own practice areas and partners.

Signs the firm needs it

  • The firm has browsed template marketplaces and found nothing that fits a multi-partner structure.
  • A previous template site ended up looking like every other firm's.
  • The firm wants to move fast but does not want a generic result.
  • Nobody has time to adapt a template themselves.
01

A starting point, not the finished product

A template shortens the design conversation by giving the firm something concrete to react to early, but every template is rebuilt around the firm's actual brand, practice areas, partners and offices before it goes live. No firm launches with placeholder text or a stock partner photo left in place.

02

Why a template still needs the same underlying structure

Even starting from a template, the site still gets one page per practice area, one page per partner, and one page per office, because that structure is what makes the site both usable and findable. A template speeds up how the layout looks; it does not skip the architecture the firm actually needs.

03

Choosing a template is not choosing a limitation

Starting from a template does not cap what the site can eventually include. Practice group pages, an AI Engine, a Content Engine, and everything else on the full offer are available on top of a template starting point exactly as they are on a from-scratch build.

The deliverable

What you get

  • 01

    A layout starting point

A concrete direction to react to, early in the process.

  • 02

    Full rebrand before launch

Your colours, type and photography, never a placeholder left in place.

  • 03

    The full page architecture

Practice area, partner and office pages, regardless of the starting template.

  • 04

    90+ PageSpeed guaranteed

The same technical bar as a from-scratch build.

  • 05

    Weekly updates included

The template becomes a living site, not a one-time delivery.

What is not included

  • Accounting, tax, audit or financial advice of any kind, on the site or through the AI Engine.
  • Inventing credentials, years in practice, client numbers, results or reviews.
  • Paid ad management, PR or brand strategy (those belong with an agency if the firm wants them).
  • Hourly billing: extra revisions are a flat fee, never time-based.
  • A promise of a specific ranking position, traffic figure or cost per click.

How the work is done

What happens, step by step?

01

Onboarding form and call

About 15 minutes on the form, then one call to confirm the practice areas, partners, offices and goals behind accounting firm website templates.

Week one

02

Built and reviewed on screen

The site is built to the agreed structure and reviewed with the firm before launch: live in 7, 10 or 15 days depending on plan.

7 to 15 days

03

Launch, redirects and approval

The site goes live on the firm's domain with redirects from any old URLs. The build fee is invoiced only once the firm confirms it is satisfied.

$797, after approval

04

Managed every week

Weekly updates, 5 revisions a month within 2 to 5 working days, and researched articles on a fixed schedule.

For as long as the plan runs

01 / 04

Cost and timeline

What does accounting firm website templates cost, and how long does it take?

It is priced as part of a monthly plan, not as a project. The plan decides the launch time and what is added on top of the site: the AI Engine on Partnership, the Content Engine on Multi-Partner. What drives the choice is how many channels the firm wants covered, not how many pages it needs.

Plans for accounting firm website templates
PlanMonthlyLive inArticles a week
Practice$1377 days2
Partnership$297 + AI usage10 days2
Multi-Partner$74715 days3

Every plan: $797 build fee invoiced after launch, 5 revisions a month, 90+ PageSpeed, domain and hosting included.

In their words

What firms say about accounting firm website templates

We handed over a folder of our real advisory consultations replies and let them work from that. They identified which questions belonged on the site and we checked every answer before launch. I now share a link instead of digging through the outbox.

FAQ research and editorial review for advisory consultations

The time we spent on the advisory consultations wording was time well spent. The page describes the process faithfully and leaves the judgment calls to a conversation with our team. Customers arrive with realistic expectations, which changes the whole tone of the first call.

Service scope and expectations for advisory consultations

Splitting new advisory consultations inquiries from follow-ups sounded minor and was not. New business and existing conversations now arrive under different subjects. The morning triage is minutes rather than an hour.

Risk, reversed

What do we promise, and on what terms?

Seven commitments a firm can hold us to, each with its condition written beside it rather than in a footnote.

No build fee until you approve the live site

The $797 one-time build fee is not charged at sign-up. It is invoiced only after the site is live and the firm has confirmed it is satisfied with it.

Cancel before the build starts and no build fee is charged. Cancel mid-build and only the work completed may be invoiced.

90+ PageSpeed, guaranteed

Every page we build and host is guaranteed at 90+ Google PageSpeed on mobile and desktop. If a page falls below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

Excludes changes made by the firm or third parties. The remedy is the fix, not a refund.

Local search visibility, or we keep working

We guarantee the site starts ranking for local searches in the firm's area within 3 to 5 months of launch. If it has not, we continue the search work at no additional charge until it does.

Covers the firm's own area and services only. The remedy is the continued work, not a refund.

No fixed contract term

Cancel by email with the notice period in the terms and the site runs to the end of the paid month. No exit fee, no minimum term, and an export of the firm's content and articles within 14 days.

Notice must reach us at least 2 business days before the next invoice date.

The domain is the firm's

The included domain is registered in the firm's name and transferred at no charge if the firm leaves.

The firm tells us where to send it.

Revisions without hourly billing

5 revisions a month are included, each completed within 2 to 5 working days. Beyond that, each is a flat $20.

Unused revisions do not roll over.

Nothing invented about the firm

No credential, license, year count, client number or review is ever published unless the firm supplied it.

Applies to every page, article and bio.

Questions about accounting firm website templates

01Will our site look identical to another firm using the same template?

No. Every template is rebuilt around the firm's own brand, colours, photography and content before launch, so two firms starting from the same layout do not end up with the same site.

02Is a template faster to launch than a from-scratch design?

Often slightly, since the layout decisions are already made, but the launch timeline is still driven mainly by how quickly onboarding information comes in.

03Can a template-based site still include practice area and partner pages?

Yes, the full page architecture applies regardless of whether the site starts from a template or from scratch.

04Are templates currently available to preview?

The template gallery is being built out. In the meantime, a live demo shows a build in the firm's own colours and structure in about 30 minutes.

05What is the difference between a template and your build?

A template is a starting layout. We start from one and rebuild it around the firm's own practice areas, partners and offices, so the finished site is structured for the firm rather than for a generic business.

06Do we pay extra for a template?

No. The starting point is part of the build on every plan, from $137 a month plus a $797 build fee after launch.

07Can we switch to a different starting design later?

Design changes after launch are revisions like any other, requested in the client portal and completed within 2 to 5 working days.

08Are the templates accessible and fast?

Every page, whatever the starting point, is guaranteed at 90+ PageSpeed and built with WCAG 2.2 AA in mind.
