The first month of the plan is paid through Stripe, the receipt and a confirmation email arrive straight away, and the onboarding call is booked within one working day.

About 15 minutes: practice areas, partners, offices, brand, and where inquiries should land. Send it with gaps if you have to, the rest can follow.

One call fills the gaps and fixes the launch date. The launch clock starts here rather than at the order, so the sooner the form is in the sooner the site is live.

The terms of this order
What the waiver covers
The $797 one-time build fee, on all three plans, for a build started on or before December 31, 2026. After that date the fee returns to being invoiced after launch, exactly as the pricing page describes it.
Revisions after launch
5 a month, of any size, at 2 to 5 working days turnaround. Beyond that, extra revisions are $20 each and are billed after the work is finished, never before.
Refunds and cancellation
All sales are final, except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days. To stop the next monthly charge, email us at least 2 business days before the renewal date during business hours.

A date, not a clock
The waiver has a date on it, and the date is printed.
Nothing on this page counts down and nothing resets when you reload it. The waiver applies to a build started on or before December 31, 2026, and that is the same date for every firm reading this. After it, the $797 fee goes back to being invoiced after launch.

01Is the build fee waived, or just moved to a later invoice?
Waived. On a normal build the $797 fee is invoiced after the site is live and approved. On a build started on or before December 31, 2026 that invoice is never raised at all. The monthly plan fee is unchanged, and nothing else is added to make up the difference.
02What is actually charged, and when?
The monthly plan fee only: $137, $297 or $747 a month depending on the plan, charged through Stripe when you order and then on the same date each month. The one-time build fee is never charged at checkout. Hosting, the domain, weekly updates, the included revisions and the researched articles are all inside that figure and are never itemised separately.
03How soon is the site live after we order?
7 days on Practice, 10 on Partnership and 15 on Multi-Partner. The clock starts at the onboarding call rather than at the order, so the date is set by how quickly the onboarding form comes back.
04Can the firm change plan later?
Yes. Moving between plans is a plan change rather than a rebuild: every page, every article and all of the history carry over, and the features of the new tier are added on top of what already exists.
05What happens if we cancel before the site is live?
All sales are final, so the months already paid for are not refunded, and work already completed on a stopped build is not refunded either. There is no fixed term beyond that: the notice period and the exact process are set out in the refund policy.
06Does this offer stack with the seasonal sale?
No, and it does not need to. The Black Friday offer already includes this waiver rather than adding a second one on top of it, so a firm is never choosing between the two.
